With only three ! days till my event I was going crazy looking for a bakery that will be willing to make a cake so last Minute

I came across the shredded carrot on Yelp I read the reviews and thought could it be true but don't look any further! They are the real deal

I gave Suzanne a call she was so calming letting me know she was able to do it gave me some ideas and we were able to agree on a style my event started at 2 she was able to even get it done early

I will most definitely be back to order again and again the cake didn't just look amazing but it tasted amazing as well”

“What a wonderful surprise! If you are looking for a classic carrot cake, look no further. This is the best carrot cake I have ever eaten. The cake is so moist, full of flavorful and not skimpy on the shredded carrots and raisins. The walnuts were in abundance on the cream cheese frosting. It was a definite compliment (just the right amount of sweetness) to the sumptuous cake. This cake screamed quality!

I happened t! o find The Shredded Carrot via Yelp and the rest is history. Suzanne and her staff were the definition of customer service and bakery magic! Suzanne helped me relax and reassured me with her calm and friendly demeanor. She was super patient and kind, helping me figure out the details, colors, flavors for the party. I had originally ordered cupcakes for my daughter's school and had to come back for the candy bar delights. Her awesome work were the exact details my daughter's party needed to make it whole. Not only was everything beautiful, but amazingly delicious! Out of all the treats I had, Suzanne's were the first to go. I highly highly recommend Suzanne and her team at The Shredded Carrot.
